Genesis' personnel have extensive background in lease negotiation and lease development. We have developed innovative approaches to leasing that provides a win/win relationship for both the land/mineral owner and our clients, laying a foundation of trust with open and honest dialog and mutual respect between all parties. We manage energy prospects from initial lease take-off through lease acquisitions, title runsheets, title curative and lease data management.
